You're visiting the web portal of Matthias Berger. I'm a 32 year old Austrian citizen from the province of Vorarlberg who currently resides in Hong Kong. This sites preliminary contains information for my friends  around the world and family back home in Austria. It has now been updated with my latest adventure. Starting December 29th 2009 I will participated as a crew member of the sailing (racing) yacht "Qingdao" on the Clipper Round the World Extreme Yacht Race. I hope I was able to compile some interesting information and good pictures, so as many people as possible can join me on this venture!

Sie sind auf dem Webauftritt von Matthias Berger gelandet. Ich bin ein 32jaehriger Oesterreicher aus dem Bundesland Vorarlberg, und lebe derzeit in Hong Kong. I will travel many thousand miles from Australia to Qingdao and cross the Pacific on my way to San Francisco. It will be a most challenging and gruelling trip.
